Terms and Conditions
1. This Promotion is open to end user UK Education, Healthcare and Local Government Establishments and Small and Medium size Businesses registered in the UK only who make sufficient qualifying purchases and claim within the promotional period.
2. Employees or agents of the Promoter or any of its group companies or their families or households or anyone professionally connected to this Promotion are not eligible to enter.
3. To qualify, consumers must purchase new printers to the value of £1,000 for Offer 1, £1,500 for Offer 2 and £4,000 for Offer 3 from the list of ‘qualifying printers’ below: All values exclude VAT and delivery charges. ML-2855ND Mono Printer, ML-3471ND Mono Printer, ML-4551NDR Mono Printer, SCX-4828FN Mono Multifunctional Printer, SCX-5635FN Mono Multifunctional Printer, SCX-5835FN Mono Multifunctional Printer, CLP-610ND Colour Printer, CLP-660ND Colour Printer, CLP-770ND Colour Printer, CLX-6200ND Colour Multifunctional Printer, CLX-6200FX Colour Multifunctional Printer. Purchases do not have to be made at the same time as long as all purchases being put towards the total are made within the promotional period, are from the list above and that all associated invoices must be sent in as one single application at one time.
4. This offers only applies if all the qualifying purchases are new (not second-hand or re-conditioned) and are purchased in the UK from a reputable dealer between July 1st 2009 and 25th September 2009. All claims must be received no later than 30th November 2009
5. Only one FREE Projector per Education, Healthcare, or Local Government Establishment or Business maybe applied for. This Promotion is only available to end-users. For the avoidance of doubt this promotion is not available to any person, company or organisation who supply printers to third parties.
6. Offer 1 - If the qualifying purchases total £1,000 or more excluding VAT and delivery charges then the organisation named on the invoices will be sent a Samsung P400B projector. Offer 2 - If the qualifying purchases total £1500 or more excluding VAT and delivery charges then the organisation or company on the invoices will be sent a Samsung L200 Projector. Offer 3 - If the qualifying purchases total £4,000 or more excluding VAT and delivery charges then the organisation or company on the invoices will be sent a Samsung L300 projector.

*Please mark as ‘Samsung Print Summer Promotion 2009”, including your name, address, postcode, day time contact phone number, the number of invoices you are including, and the models and serial numbers of the machines you are claiming for, along with copies of the purchase invoices. Claims without this information will be invalid. Claims must arrive no later than the 30th November 2009 or they will be invalid.
8. Claims cannot be processed until 60 days after the most recent qualifying purchase has been made. Please allow up to 60 days after that for delivery of your ‘Free’ Projector. All projectors must be signed for on receipt.
9. Invalid claimants will be notified by post, fax, email or phone within 7 working days of receipt of the claim.
10. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for applications lost or damaged in the post/fax/email and proof of posting/dispatch will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter will not be liable for a person not being able to enter the promotion for any reason, including without limitation system failures, network error, site being down, hacks on the system or personal computer issues.
11. The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require further verification as to the identity, age and other relevant details of an entrant or claimant and/or the verification as to their qualifying purchase before sending to the claimant the FREE projector.
12. The FREE projector will not be available where the claimant has cancelled his/her contract to purchase the all or any of the qualifying printers, whether under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 or otherwise, cancellation including for the avoidance of doubt circumstances where the claimant has replaced the Qualifying printer purchased with a non-qualifying Samsung printer. In the event that any claimant cancels their contract to purchase the Qualifying printer then the claimant shall forthwith return the FREE projector received from the Promoter to the UK address stipulated by the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to take legal action against claimants who fail to return the FREE projector on cancellation of their contract to purchase.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the requested projector for another of equal or greater value in the event that the selected gift is not available.
14 The Promoter shall not be responsible for lost, misdirected, illegible, late, mutilated or altered forms or accompanying documentation.
15. The Promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to this Promotion whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond the Promoter’s control.
16. The Promoter reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to vary the terms and conditions of this Promotion.
17. This offer for the ‘free’ projector cannot be used in conjunction with any other Samsung promotion or price discounting scheme.
18. By entering this Promotion you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
