Terms and Conditions

1.This Promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over only.

2.Employees or agents of the Promoter or any of its group companies or their families or households or anyone professionally connected to this Promotion are not eligible to enter.

3.If you purchase four  new Samsung Original Toner Cartridges, you will receive a free Samsung SPF-83H 8" Samsung Digital Photo Frame (while stocks last) and you will also be entered into the Prize Draw with the chance to win a Samsung Home Entertainment System. 

4.If  you purchase six  new Samsung Original Toner Cartridges, you will receive a free Samsung  i8 8.2 Megapixel Compact Camera (while stocks last) and you will also be entered into the Prize Draw with the chance to win a Samsung Home Entertainment System.

5. If  you purchase ten new Samsung Original Toner Cartridges, you will receive a free Samsung SGH-U600 Mobile Phone (while stocks last) and you will also be entered into the Prize Draw with the chance to win a Samsung Home Entertainment System. 

6.These offers only apply to the purchase of new (not second-hand) Samsung Original Toner Cartridges from a registered Samsung Dealer in the UK between 1st July 2008 and 31st December 2008.  All claims must be received by 31st January 2009. For the purpose of this promotion multi toner packs (i.e. Rainbow Kits) count as a single unit.

7.To qualify the toners must be purchased on one receipt.  Each prize can only be claimed once per person/ company subject to purchase of sufficient toner cartridges.  This Promotion is only available to end-users.

8.Forms for claiming the free items and for entering into the Prize Draw can either be obtained online at www.samsung.com/uk/tonerpromo  or by ringing  01584 871 381.   To claim your free item and to enter into the Prize Draw, complete the form by inserting your name, company, email address, address, daytime contact phone number and send it with  a copy of your original proof of purchase (e.g Receipt, Invoice, Online confirmation) showing purchase of Original Samsung Toner Cartridges  in the UK . 

9.Forms must be completed in full and sent with the proof of purchase to the Promoter by any of the following methods:

a.Online at  www.samsung.com/uk/tonerpromo

b.By post to Samsung Promotions, MAH, 18&19 Burway Trading Estate, Bromfield Road, Ludlow, SY8 1EN 

c.By fax to   01584 871 371  marked "Samsung Toner Promotion".

10.The free item will be dispatched within 28 days by courier to the addresses of the claimant as shown on their form as long as the claim is valid.

11. Invalid claimants will be notified by phone, email or post. 

12.All free items are subject to availability and there are no cash alternatives. 

Prize Draw

a)All entrants who purchase 4 toner cartridges or more will automatically be entered into the Prize Draw.

b)Claims on purchases made between 1st July 2008 and 31st December 2008 and received no later than 31st January 2009 will be eligible for the Draw. 

c)Forms received after the closing date will not be entered.  Entries are limited to one per person.

d)The Draw will be conducted on Friday 6th February 2009.

e)The Promoter will use its reasonable endeavours to notify the winners in writing or by email or telephone within 7 days of the decision of the judges.

f)The winners must confirm receipt of notification of winning within 7 days of the notification (and will be asked to either confirm their UK address as given on their entry form or to provide an alternative UK address for delivery of their prize).

g)If any of the winners do not respond as described in clause (f.  above, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify them, in which event the winner shall be person drawn by the judges out of the entries. Such person will be notified by telephone or email and asked to confirm within a specified time-limit whether they wish to accept the prize.  If any replacement winner fails to confirm within such time-limit then the provisions of this clause shall apply to that replacement winner in the same way as if they were the original winner.

h)The Home Entertainment System will be delivered to the winners home or other nominated Uk delivery address.  Any necessary phone, TV, cable, satellite and electricity connections are not provided. 

i)There are no cash alternatives to the prizes.  In the event that all or part of the prize is unavailable then the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equivalent value.  The prize is not transferable.

j)Entries must not be made through agents or third parties.

k)The names and towns of residence of the winner will be published between 15th February 2009 and 30th April 2009 and will be available after that date upon receipt of a written request, together with a stamped addressed envelope, to Samsung Toner Promotion, MAH, 18&19 Burway Trading Estate, Bromfield Road, Ludlow, SY8 1EN. The winners may be required to take part in publicity and, by entering this Promotion, you are deemed to consent to such publicity.

l)The draw will be overseen by an independent judge and the identity of the judge will be made available to anyone upon request to Samsung Toner Promotion, MAH, 18 &19 Burway Trading Estate, Bromfield Road, Ludlow, SY8 1EN.

m)The Promoter, acting reasonably, reserves the right to delay the timing of the notification of and/or the publication of the name and town of residence of the winners.

13.The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require further verification as to the identity, age and other relevant details of an entrant or claimant and/or the verification as to their qualifying purchase before sending to the claimant the free item.

14.The Promoter shall not be responsible for lost, misdirected, illegible, late, mutilated or altered forms or accompanying documentation.

15.The Promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to this Promotion whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond the Promoter’s control.

16.The Promoter reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to vary the terms and conditions of this Promotion.

17.The decision of the Promoter, acting reasonably, is final.  The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify entries into the Prize Competition or any claims for free items which it considers do not comply with these terms and conditions or any entrant who it reasonably believes has interfered with the fair running of this Promotion and/or the results thereof.  In the event that a claim is disqualified then the claimant shall return any free item received under this Promotion to the Promoter immediately on request.

18.This offer for free items cannot be used in conjunction with any other Samsung promotion.

19.By entering this Promotion you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

20.This Promotion is governed by English law.

21.Instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
